Hi all,

This is a texture update for the 1969 Team Ecosse Brabham BT20 Repco V8. Drop these files in the car folder to install the update. This means putting them in the ...\Sierra\GPL\cars\cars69 directory . Do not replace the original car folder with the one in this zip archive, but rather merge it together so all files are in the same car folder.

For example:

Merge folder c10 together with the original c10 folder, resulting in a single c10 folder located in the ...\Sierra\GPL\cars\cars69 directory.

These files are compatible with Irridux' 1969 season update, and the original, unmodified 1969-Extra mod. If you wish to install the Irridux 1969 season update after this update, please reinstall this update after you've installed the Irridux 1969 season update for everything to work correctly.

Here are the main features of the Team Ecosse Brabham BT20 Repco V8 update:

- new car textures
- new wheel textures
- GPLEA wheel model
- new steering wheel texture by Jackseller
- new engine textures
- new cockpit textures based on Jacksellers work

Enjoy!

This is not a Papyrus/Sierra product. Use these files at your own risk (although they should not harm your computer in any way). Please do not sell these files for money. This is freeware.

Thanks to Paul Skingley, Jackseller and Klaus Hörbrand for WinMip!

I made a red BRM P115 once, never released it though :) . And I have a red Lotus that Peter Andersson once made (Ferrari 308, should be here on the forum). You could also try the 1969 Pete Lovely skin I made in my 1969x Lotus 49b update, that one is all red as well :) . Perhaps I'll put it all together sometime when I get bored :D .

Updated M9A is not really in the works at the moment, but if you download my McLaren M7 update you'll also get the new steering wheel for the M9A :) . First up is a small 1966 Ferrari 312 update, followed by a major update to the 1969x Brabham BT26a, I've edited the car so much I'm tempted not to call it an update but a new car :D . It features a lot of new stuff like brand new cockpit, 3d coolant pipe and 3d exhaust headers, Jet helmets, new wings, as well as a complete remapping of textures around the whole car. Would have released it earlier already but real life got in the way :) .
