Hi,
I've noticed that after this update McLaren M7A (c18 car folder) has virtual mirror. Can someone remove it, please?

Trying to apply the above fix for the M7A virtual mirror I stumbled across a weird problem (not related or caused by the fix).

I found that my 69 Historical mod car set would not load.  I was getting the dreaded "Track could not load" message.  To cut a long story short I "fixed" the problem with a bit of a kludge, but not sure what is wrong.

1) No changes applied recently, so I checked on my old PC.  The car set still worked on that machine.  Copied the car set across to my new PC - didn't work!  The only difference I could think of is that the old PC runs D3D whilst the new one runs OpenGL.
2) Copied car by car from my (Non-historic) 69X car set to find out which cars are causing the problem.  Found out it was C30 & C40 two of the Brabham BT26's (C00 was ok).
3) Tried re-installing these 2 cars from the original install download zip file.  No luck.
4) Solved it by taking my non-historic 69X cars and copying the historic files over the top.

So I'm working again, but not sure what the problem was. Some issue with OpenGL and these 2 cars? Or am I missing something stupid?  Any ideas?

Whenever I run into weird glitches like that, I delete the Mod's exe (don't delete the original GPL exe) & let GEM rebuild it. For
some reason this usually works. If it happens agin to any of your Mod's try it before going to all that trouble. :)

Thanks Dave.  I was swapping between my two 69X carsets (historic and original 69X mod) trying out options, so rebuilt the exe multiple times......  As I say it's quite likely it's something stupid I've done so all ideas welcome.

I really like how the graphic update gives it a 3D feel for the MS10 cockpit  :artist:

Yes, you could copy all of the directories and files into your cars69 directory.  However, none of the directories or files in your existing cars69 directory are needed so you can simply rename it for safe keeping and then create a new cars69 directory for the 69extra stuff.
