Hi lads,

well, as some of you may already know, I’ve been working on a complete menu set for the 69 X’tra mod during this week.
It has not been very easy but I am quite happy with the results. In the attachment section down below you can see all the menu pics you will actually find in the menu set once installed.


In the folder I’m uploading, after you’ll extract it, you will find two separate folders: “Menu Set” and “Blue Dialog Box”.

In the first one, named “Menu Set” you’ll find all files related to menus’ screens* and their font.
In fact, also fonts have been customized within this menu set. When you’ll start GPL with your 69X carset active you will notice that all writings which were previously colored with the default 'papy' green font are now in a blue font. Also dropbox selections will now be highlighted in blue instead of green. In “Team Info” the gold and green stripes which were as background to drivers’ names and car numbers are now customized in blue and sky blue. This was made to add the maximum immersion to the mod and so to the game itself.

*notice that the layout of many menu screens have been modified by me to better suit writings or new specifications (like 'wing adjustment') introduced by this mod.


In the second folder there is another thing very original and that adds even more immersion to 69X mod. With the files present in “Blue Dialog Box” folder, all pop up dialogue boxes will turn in blue instead of default papy green (see last two pics in the attachment section).
Beware that “Blue Dialog Box”, however, it’s not mod compatible. What this means is that it will work for all of your mods, not only 69X. The reason is that Gem does not support this kind of files to be mod specific. So, if you play frequently all mods avoid installing this or else you’ll have to install and uninstall it continuously to avoid having blue dialogue boxes with standard 67 or other mods.
That’s why I put those files in a separate folder from those in “Menu Set” folder.
If, instead, you are a 69 addicted or you have separate installs for every mod, go ahead and install also this update without any doubt. It will add a great sense of immersion.

PS sorry if screenshots of the new blue font and of the blue dialog box (last pics) are in a bad resolution but my PC refuses to take any screens when GPL is running so I had to use my phone camera. Again, sorry!

Thanks to all of you lads for downloading and appreciating my work To properly thank you, I have decided to make you a gift!
I have translated in German, French, Italian, Spanish, Portoguese and Russian the "Wing Adjustment" writing in the Engine Menu. It was introduced in 69X but until now it was only in english since it is written on the pbf file and it is not automatically generated by the game.
I speak only Italian and English so for other languages I used Google Translate. If you find any error do not feel offended. Report it right away with the correct translation and I will fix it immediately!

No need for backups, everything is provided in the folder
