Glad I could help . I have another track here which I made years ago. It's on my HD gathering dust now after Border Reiver gave me some help getting started. Nothing fancy, a very short lap with no altitudes, and no track side objects. I always had the impression altitudes are a tricky thing so kinda postphoned doing it. Track did line up very neatly though, no mismatches I believe .
Some time I might be tempted to start working on it again, but first I gotta finish some more cars for new mods .
Tommie.
Some experiences: First driveable flat version and one width; 23 hours .
To finish the track; 511 hours total (effectively for 13km ). There is a short way to find the speeds in the respective corners, top speed and so. To make the track finish is about a lot of time-consuming progresses. Most of the work is very fun.
You can learn how to do most of it, and the altitudes too . I can recommendation you to progress your project just remember to backup frequently.
Oh yes the fequent backup thing is written in the GPL law book . Sentence would be bashing your head against the wall and redo the job .
Might release it as alpha in a couple of months, hopefully with some more work added and first elevations.
Tommie.
