I've added his Kyalami to post one and deleted the old GPC Kyalami 79.
Thanks for the HU, Greg. I'd just seen it and you'd already posted.
cheers,

Any idea if there's a new version coming up? I seem to remember there might be (V3?)

According to the interview with Aristotelis Vasilakos in the first issue of https://www.sim-magazine.de/ they are working hard on v3, but can`t give any release date. It`s like with GPL mods , it`s finished, when it is finished

Or better at NoGrip in GTR/GTL sections, they are usually converted to these plateforms first...

Discrimination?
Regarding GPL tracks conversions, some remarks have been posted here.We know they weren't done for P&G, but anyone is welcome to participate, give his views on this topic.

Personally, I won't stick my nose in there because, for the little that I read so far, it makes little sense doing so.
Some arguments there are really poor and partial -if not selfish- and some others already mention what needed to be said about the matter.
...seems one of those threads where things will easyer get bitter than otherwise. (thanks but no thanks, I'd rather sim or mod! ).
Really, it's so obvious why you see such discussions happen mostly on the titles forums, and not in the dedicated mod ones... what's there to explain?
How does P&G get in the middle of this, I'm not sure?
...if the problem to some fellas there is the list of tracks posted in this thread, and not having a similar discussion here (why would we anyway?), heck, make those fellas happy and bring the evidences of the "rips" to where it matters (please!).
If there really are tracks listed here in such "state" (are they?), I'm very sure those will end being erased from the mentioned list and blacklisted... I guess it would be the fair thing to do then.

As far as permissions and conversions go, at least for this thread I'm just not going there. GTLW hasn't converted and AFAIK isn't planning to convert any tracks regardless of permissions. P&G was the first mod I'm aware of to require a CD check to make a GTL purchase necessary to run the GTR2 mod. Personally, I've begun to think the whole permission routine for track conversions has gotten old. I've not listed any of Jim Pearson's tracks in the first post and I respect his decisions on conversions, as much as I'd love to see a quality conversion of Dundrod done by someone like Ken.

As for permissions on converted tracks, if somebody doesn't want their track converted I respect that and won't use the unauthorised one. Just my way of showing my appreciation of their efforts. I make no comments on what other people decide, I do what I feel is right.
