Hi folks,

I was wondering if someone might be able to coax the start finish flag person out from behind the armco at Nivelles.
Our little troupe, AusGPL, is running here as the finale to our season this Sunday and we are having trouble seeing the flag, especially at the finish.
Check the attached picture and see if you could spot the flag at speed.
Better yet, see if you can find it.

How difficult would it be to move this little fella on to the grass verge?
Would it be possible for a numpty like me to do it with some instructions?
Has someone already come up with a fix for this and I just need to download it?

Should anyone be able to assist it would be appreciated.

Cheers

I can't help you relocating the flagman, but I can suggest this:
https://srmz.racesimcentral.net/inde...9676#entry95934

It is Jackseller's new set of flagmen who wave larger flags. The S/F flagmen will still be standing in the same position behind the guard rail, but the larger flags that they wave will be easier to see.

Hi Tim,

Here's a fix that correctly displays the start / finish guy for Nivelles.
It works for both original track and Nicolas' update.

Attached File  nivelles_starter_fix.zip   2.24MB   95 downloads

Unzip in your Nivelles track folder.

Btw, the link given above by Michael is dead. Replace the .ch by .net in the url to make it valid.

Nicolas, you can include it in your update if you want. No problem for me.

I've included (linked) it in my thread, but not in my ZIP. Keeping the fixes separate makes it easier if there would be an update to a fix in the future, and maintains a nice one-file-one-author. Thanks again for the fix!
