Come to think over it, your patch provides the greatest challenge to us. Changing visibility AND grip forces us not to just recall learned skills but adapt them to a randomly altered enviroment. This is probably the best way a sim can do. Having tried some others (RF, LFS) I feel our old sim ist the best and stunningly alive!

I love the way the decreased visibility affects the way you see courses that you are so familiar with. It's like with normal vis we use all kinds of visual clues that we're not even aware of--at least until we drive with your mod and lose those clues.

cheers,
steve

I couldn't read the read me. It took MS Word, and I don't have it. I really don't like to slow the AI slower than 1.0. They seem to act goofy when you do that.

If anyone else is having trouble reading the Read Me, I can post it in an .rtf format. Just let me know.

First of all, thank you very much Lee for such an improvement on GPL. But I found an strange thing
on GEM+. When I was looking for the options folder to drop the weather patch, I could not find the cars67
folder. I´ve got all mods there (65,66,69,f2 sports cars, can am and tc) but the 67 and all the tasman are
missing. And even stranger is the fact they are all there when I start the GEM+. I can race all mods with
no problems at all. but their respective folders are not there. So I´ve got no weather patch for the 67 mod
and for the tasman. How can I fix this ?
thanx in advance
chris

All my mod files are in the Mods/GEM+ directory.
Bob Simpson might know more about this than I.

Not their speed Lee. Their eyesight. Is there a way to adjust the distance of the fog, or the density? I can't see my braking points.

I did what you said. I dropped the weather patch on the right place. On GPL/ Mods/Gem/ gpl... But as
I said, I´ve got no gpl67 in it. Neither the tasman series. But when I run GEM+ to get to GPL, they are all there.
That´s why I never noticed that I don´t have them. All mods work perfectly fine. And the weather patch works
fine too. Except for the 67 mod and tasman only because gpl67 is simply not there at all !!

You should have a GPLSecrets folder that is separate from your Sierra GPL folder. Mine is C:GPLSecrets. Look and see if your missing mods are in there.

I just looked at GPLSecrets and they are not there. The strange thing is when I call for 67mod on the
GEM+ it runs perfectly well, including all the cars addons etc.
