First of all, please read carefully before downloading files because you'll know what you get and what you can possibly do.
I try to do my best but excuse me for my poor english.
My intentions :
Since I play gpl (more than 10 years now), I always find gloves sometimes poor, blocky (still find blocky) or inacurate.
So I decided to make my own versions. I also wanted to have different gloves for each teams.
Of course I tried to make historically correct gloves for each teams as I don't like fantasy in GPL.
I don't have the skill or kowledge to start files from scrath, so I based my work on existing mips. Brabahm's gloves are based on Jackseller's mip and Eagle's gloves are based on Thomas Laechele textures for exemple. I credit them in the "read-me" text included in the .zip file. But if for some reasons they don't allow me to share the modified files concerned, I will delete them from the pack.
What will you find in the ".zip"?
Gloves, and only gloves. If you are interested by suits (arms) seen in my sceenshots, I use Thomas Laechele's mips find in his website.

I simply changed one or two things to my tastes for my personnal use.
Notice : It is not a fullset of all existing gloves of all drivers. I made choices detailed below, but I may make some more later...
Brabham Team :
Black leather gloves from Jackseller are very close to the right ones worn by Jack or Denny. So I started my work from his file. I shortened them a bit, changed the wrist and the back of the hand thanks to a picture found in the web of the real glove.
Alternative glove for this team : None.
Lotus Team :
The most of times Clark and Hill used Les Leston Protex gloves. But I decided to dedicate the Protex to Ferrari Team. I updated them from my first version
In the early 67 season, Clark (not sure for Hill) used black leather gloves but a different kind from Brabham's.
Alternative gloves for this team : Ferrari gloves.
Cooper team :
Pedro Rodriguez used light brown leather gloves whereas Jochen rind sometimes used the same kind of gloves as Brabham. They often used "Protex" too.
Alternative gloves for this team : Brabham and Ferrari gloves.
Honda Team :
My favorites!!!! The black and red leather gloves! Surtees always worn them during the season. I updated them from my first version. If only I could find the real ones on eBay I will buy them.

Eagle team :
Dan gurney often used "Protex" and maybe the same as Surtees' gloves for Monaco GP (I think). The ones I chose are used by Gurney for Nurburgring (maybe Spa too).
It is a kind of yellow glove with brown grip on the palm of the hand.
Alternative gloves for this team : Ferrari gloves.
BRM team :
Some kind of Les Leston Protex but brown instead of black. I updated them from my first version.
Alternative gloves for this team : I don't know (None?)
Ferrari team :
I chose Les Leston Protex for this team. I hesitated with Lotus team, but I had to make a choice.
Alternative gloves for this team : Honda gloves (maybe another ones)
Feel free to correct me if I made mistakes.
One last thing, if an administator othis forum can delete my two previous posts about gloves it shoud be clearer for everyone.
