Well today I worked on a final (Leon from the future here, bear in mind this was not final at all ) update, in order to improve the last couple of things. I am proud to announce that the internal sidewalls are now in ACTUAL LEATHER (well, of course it is technically always virtual ) like in the real car!! Moreover, looking costantly at pictures posted in this forum, I tweaked the steering wheel improving the logo and adding a little "Monza" writing on the base, like as always on the real car. Last but not least some minor tweaking here and there to finalize the release

Leon.....I have a request. I love your cockpit, and it has gotten me to start driving the Ferrari again. However, I always drive with a black helmet. Your cockpit comes with a 3D hemet. Fine for some, but not me. If I use the 2D hemet 3do that's in the Ferrari folder I lose your cockpit. At least I lose the no telltale on the tach, and I don't want that.

Please don't tell me it's easy to edit the helmet. I'm a driver, tester, but I don't edit. I'm not good at it. I know me, and if I have to use the 3D hemet i'll stop driving the Ferrari. I really wish editors would stop putting in 3D helmets with their upgrades. It's my biggest gripe with historical car sets. Especially, when the 2D hemet is not a choice.

As I can't see my helmet while driving (what with being inside it and all that) and I don't watch my replays, I never noticed what kind of helmet I have.

Meanwhile, I have further enhanced the dash due to (intensive and extensive) looking to historical pictures. I'd like to say that I do NOT work on pictures of restored cars. I'll release it when I'll get a permission, it is ready already

Pete a quick question, if I do not get the 2D helmet (just in case, don't panic! ) it is okay if I make for you a black 3D helmet?
