You have permission to use my driving suit. Even though it was made for the Lotus. :)

Thank you Pete :D but as you have noticed, my cockpit is not getting much attention from the community. I don't know if it will be published.
But, if it will be, it'll be also thanks to your permission and your suit! Thank you :) :)

I think the way you've treated the transition from light, to dark is very good, and would certainly want to take it for a spin.:)

    Hi Leon,

since I'm currently travelling, I haven't been up to speed here. Also I never received the notification for a new pm (known issue for me ;). In short, yeah, use whatever you like of my work - as long as you mention somewhere, where the individual parts are coming from :)

Something else.. I notice a weird looking gap where the bodywork falls to clear the way for the windscreen. In case you have used my windscreen. For the '69 312 (one of the versions since I've never did the work for all 3 .3do files) I had to change the 3d model a bit. That's also why the '69 now has a silky smooth curve at the top of the windscreen instead of a polygonal thingy - i just liked it better that way.

More like this one as the cockpit above does not look like mine (obvious give-away are the cockpit walls) plus the windscreen is still polygonal in that screeny of yours.

First of all, thank you Sky :) :)

Then, I know what you mean. I've noticed the same thing ever since I've started to work on this cockpit.
But, problem is, I don't know how to modify 3D objects and files (3do).
My modified Ferrari.3do, coming along with my cockpit, is fruit of Ginetto's labor. I do not want to test any further his patience with me.
Sadly, I do not have the time myself to learn the basics of 3D modelling. I have tried to modify the glass mip but the results were even worst. You have to notice, in fact, that even in your cockpit this situation creates a noticeable problem:

one of the bolts, the upper one, instead of passing through the chassis, the cockpit wall, as it is supposed to do, simply stands where there is no cockpit wall. It is simply useless in a real car a bolt placed like that. So what is needed is not only to adjust the lenght of the cockit walls and of the glass, but also to properly place the bolt!

As I said, I do not have the resources to do this work by myself :(

So, right now only one missing is Rock. What should I do? It's quite some time he doesn't show up on the forum :( :(
