I am humbled,  Richard.  Glad that you and Dave liked the sets.  Maybe someday we'll have a proper 5-liter mod.

By the way, I've really enjoyed and appreciated your track enhancements!  Thank you!

GAMMAWORX ,

This rather spooky crash happened where Rindt touched wheels under braking for the Parabolica (spooky ironic,)

My main reason for posting this is that after reviewing the crash Rindt's car ends up in the fence before bouncing
off back into the sand, but maybe you could extend the Armco to run the length of the wire fence to help
the realism of the car bouncing out, or maybe have the car caught in the wire like Ginetto has pulled off at tracks like Zolder ?
Just wondering.

Great job with a lot of details !! Thanks a lot GAMMAWORX
PS : concerning the AI for '69 cars, I find it too fast but I'm probably the only one

THANK YOU for this Date specific mod Gammaworx ..... Absolutely spectacular .......

I am getting a lot of flashing from the wire fence at the end of the straight heading into parabolica though ... is there a way I can fix that.. I am keen to begin learning track editing as I head into retirement..

This Monza69 version is a nice alternative for the Standard Papyrus track. The only thing I would recommand to change is to delete the odd low resolution asphalt included in the package. I just deleted the asphalt file in the folder and the result is a much more convincing over all picture in my opinion since then the original asphalt of the all-in-one version from the GPLPS GPL Installer appears again and this one is of better/more realistic quality in my opinion.

A question to the community: is there any chance to use/adapt the outstanding texture files by Thomas Laechele designed for the Monza10k version also in the original Papy standard Monza track? The quality of the objects, the shadows, the sunshine etc. in this version is quite impressive - in my opinion the best graphic update for any GPL track available at all. The physics/geometry of the standard part of the 10k track (not the oval) are identical to the Papy version- so there should be a way. But I am not familiar with modding....
