Here is a historically correct 1968 F1 Season file I thought I would share with those who might be interested.

I have created a 68SEASON for GEM+ within my install of G Spinning & Co's  67 Historical Mod. I use the
available 68 F1 carsets to build my 68 season.

Next I used the dooDAT program to rename the necessary track files ( ie. spa68 ) for duplicated tracks from the 67 F1 season to drop in a new drvc67ini file into the track folder ( ie. spa68 ) so that it loads the 68 carsets and not
G Spinning & Co.'s 67 carset.

You will notice that for the non championship Race of Champions I had to create a 3rd Brands Hatch track
due to  the 2 races being held in 1968 and to preserve the 1967 ROC Drvc file.A bit complicated, but it will work.

sorry for any inconvience I ran into trouble with Watkins & Race of Champions track directory
rename. I have now loaded every track for this season file. Here's hoping someday we will have
a proper 68 Mod for it !

Thanks Turboman . After some thought I decided to change my season to make the German GP historically correct :

Well on my last carset/track rename68 to build I have hit a snag. watglen will not rename & load to watglen68. There must be a file that
I have missed, but I have looked it over and over and can'rt find it. Using dooDAT I renamed the trk. , cam , & 3do files as well as the main
papy watglen & loose files but no luck.  

EDIT : watkins68 does not work for  a track directory, I tried wat68 and now it loads.

Hi Tommie . That's what I was thinking as well, but what is strange is that kyalami68 ( 9 characters ) and zandvort68 ( 10 characters )
does load & work.

I am zipping my choices for Gempics for 68 carsets I use. Really there is only Irridux's older carset
and pioujd428's (Gempic included here) Kyalami68 carset, but if someday we get them these could be used.
I am using them now for my personal 68 set, so maybe others might like them too.

If you guys are interested I will post all my 68 tracks including watglen68 and mexico68 (with 68 mexico graphics but runs with the 69 physics though) which I have already made but will just take me a while to post.

They are pretty big in size and I might clean them up a bit first.

If you can could you post an updated watglen track though dave? Mine seems to be all messed up with its updates. Then I can make it into watglen68.

Here is my mexico68 track. It uses just the 68 graphics from the Mexico multi season update so it should work with any physics.

I'm pretty busy at the moment so it may take a while to get round to the other tracks.
