I have made a jarama67 track so an f2 carset wouldn't interfere with the original.
And TvO if you have already made textures for some of the missing entries they would be very much appreciated. I have attached a screen of what I think Alan Rees BT23 would look like. Also I have added screens of what Chris Lambert's BT23 and Brian Redman's David Bridges Lola T100 should look like. Lambert raced for different teams at both races though I imagine it's the same car.
Another screen of Robin Widdows at the Gold Cup in his BT23. I found out he ran his own team called Witley Racing Syndicate but could they just be running a work's Brabham? It's all so confusing to me haha.
Then I mainly just need photos of the Frank Lythgoe Racing McLaren M4A of Alan Rollinson and Robert Lamplough's Franck Manning Racing Brabham BT21.
The other entries I have managed to find a couple of black and white photos on.
My problems are I can't use black and white photos to get the colours right, I don't have enough time to spend all of it searching for information and I don't want to spend time making new textures if they aren't correct. If you already have them made though TvO that would go a VERY long way to helping out these carsets.

Yes, this is what I have done as well, created a set of 1967 'historic' tracks separate from the original 1967 F1 and F2 seasons in GPL. I did this also in part because of the conflict caused by needing to use the drvc67 ini track files. You probably saw, I uploaded my 67h cst file so if you do know how to overcome this problem, so we can use a drvh67 ini instead that would be great. With regard to Jarama, it's just the point I reflected on, it would be nice to have a race created for the original 67's there as the dedicated F2 race which was held there in July '67, I Gran Premio de Madrid, is already in the '67 F2 season Mod. The best solution of course would be a '67 mod with correctly applied physics for all the cars but we are not at that stage yet if it ever happens. Hope the photos help, I'm pretty sure Lambert's car was white btw.

I think my main problem is that I'm actually a type of painter irl. There are many, many diferent types of whites that Lamberts car could be haha.
Thanks for the photos.

Thanks for the cst, you have changed it the same way as I did, I will see if I can get it to work.
Regarding Lambert's white, looking at the Vallelunga pile-up photo, it seems his shade of white is like Hahne's Lola-BMW, so it would be reasonable to think maybe that it was a brilliant white also, you can choose a shade if there could be one. Unfortunately Chris Lambert died the following year at a meeting at Zandvoort.
Here are a couple of links to some more photos I have found whilst having a search this evening
https://forums.autosp...llection/page-3
a number of colour pics from the Autumn Gold Cup race as well as the earlier Spring Cup,
place your mouse over the top / bottom of the picture to scroll, see / select thumbnails or speed up playback or to select a larger view of a photo.
A lot of photos here but perhaps 5 to 10 of the Gold Cup in B&W, including a nice one of the pack entering T1 on the first lap. Lots of other good photos here too, some rare stuff including the Pearce Copper Ferrari in action at the 1966 meeting and a photo of Ken Tyrell's original 1967 Matra F2 Transporter. Why Beltoise's car has been made a (or the) 'T' car is also intriguing as it has his number (14) on the side but crossed out.
EDIT: attached a couple more photos I was able to find.

I guess I will make 2 versions of the Jarama carset. Will be easy to do once the F2 one is done. Just means I will have to make 2 ai sets but that won't be too much trouble.
Both the carsets are moving along now but we will see how it goes.
Thanks again.

Attached is an update for Spence's BRM P83 at the Race of Champions, the orange noseband was duller in colour than usually was the case for the BRMs. In the B&W photo you can only just see the edge of the band and this is because, as you can see in the colour photo, it was a dull orange. I also confirmed this with a better quality video I have of the race. GPL screenshot attached, just place the file in your gpl/cars/xx-ROC/brm folder.
EDIT:
I made an improved programme cover and gempic for the 1967 non championship F1 event at jarama, you can get it here https://srmz.racesimcentral.net/inde...t=15#entry94334

Alan Rollinson - Frank Lythgoe Racing - McLaren M4A
George Pitt - Brabham BT23B Climax
John Cardwell - Bob Gerard Racing - Cooper T84
Robin Widdows - Witley Racing Syndicate - Brabham BT23
Brian Redman - David Bridges Motorsport - Lola T100
I can guess what all these look like and I have seen a few glimpses of all of them. But a good photo from the race that I'm working on makes it so much more enjoyable to get right.
I suppose I should show people with 3 quick screens where the Gold Cup is at as it will be first. I would say 90% done but I haven't worked on them in about a month. If I do get the Gold Cup done then Jarama will follow pretty quickly. All that really needs doing for me to post the Gold Cup are some touch ups to the Lotus 48, McLaren M4A and Lola T100 player cars.
George Pitt is missing as no matter what I do the Brabham BT11 wont go into the coventry slot. I could always chuck him in the BT24 slot but wouldn't really feel right. Again because I don't have a photo of him I don't really have any enthusiasm to try get him working. Might have another try this weekend but no promises.
Its only possible to run these using the F2 mod by the way. Can't be done well enough with only 7 slots.
