A tutorial for using GPL_CarCam_File_Editor to modify the Roof view for NR2003 and save the changes in a make_a.cam file.
The make_a.cam file that is found in the NASCAR Racing 2003 Season\series\(series name)\(series name).dat will not load into GPL_CarCam_File_Editor. You can create your own make_a.cam file from scratch by re-working the brabham.cam. I have already done that and there is a make_a.cam (cup) and make_a_pta.cam (pta) available as a download. You can load these files in GPL_CarCam_File_Editor and modify any of the five cameras.
The Roof cam view is shown in the pictures below. The Front, Rear, Left View, and Right View cameras are located similar to the default NR2003 positions, but I have made them with a little wider fov angle.
