Is the brooklands track one with a different layout?
They seem not to use the entire oval?

(BigBen even put some more bumps in after I mumbled something about it being even more bumpee in real life    )

Absolutely brilliant!

Great graphics, fabulous sounds and once I got Reel Feel sorted, awesome vehicle physics. Imo worthy of becoming legend, and the major reason why rFactor will stay on my rig for a long while yet.

Haha.. I felt exactly the same.

We are all hoping for the GPL 30's mod.

I believe the mod on racedepartment looks ok but doesn't drive well.

Roll on the real one.

Graphically gorgeous, mediocre sounds, questionable physics.  

Long discussion on NoGrip about the dubious handling of the cars, especially the Auto Union, which was unanimously deemed undriveable.  Unfortunately the folks knowledgeable in tweaking the rf physics files were not interested in working on this, and those of us interested lacked the ability, so it quietly disappeared.  

A couple of threads here from the past year or so also discuss this, in relation to the GPL version (somewhere in the pipeline of mods).
