Hi
   I installed Gem+ 2.5.32 and GPL with the latest patches including the long track support for targa florio
   If I started the game using gpl.exe everything is fine except I can't run the targa florio track
   If I started the game with gplc67.exe generated by Gem+ I can load targa florio however the cockpit view looks strange. The panel is not visible and Field of View is not correct, I've tried changing FOV setting to 180 in Gem+ however the panel is still not visible. In the screenshot FOV is 120 and in game resolution is 1920*1080
   Can anyone help me? thanks

To change the FOV in GEM:

IN EXACTLY THIS ORDER:

1 - If you use it, in GPLShift.ini make sure you have:

[ ZOOM ]
Zoom_In_Out_Mode = off

2 - Close GEM

3 - Delete the exe for the mod that you're trying to change the FOV for. So for the 67 cars, you delete gplc67.exe or for the 65 cars you delete gplc65.exe, for the GT mod, delete the gplcgt.exe etc.  DO NOT Delete GPL.EXE

4 - Start GEM, select the mod that you want to change the FOV for and adjust the FOV setting.

Starting GPL or else closing GEM will rebuild the mod's EXE with the new FOV.

And BTW, even though you can put the number in GEM up to 180°, the view in GPL doesn't go any wider than 120°.

Thanks Bob!  I've fiddled with that setting several times and concluded it either didn't work or the effect wasn't that noticeable.  (On the downside, now I have something else to play with in GPL.)

Thanks for that advice Bob, I,d been wanting to move a little forwards in the MS5 F2 but couldn't figure out how, your tips worked a treat!

  If you use GPL shift and you just want smaller adjustments to driver position, you can do on your keyboard.  In GPLshift.ini, make sure in [driver view] that Up&Down and Forward&Back are set to = 1.  With the keyboard, hold left SHIFT and use up and down arrows to raise and lower driver position.  Hold left CTRL and up and down arrows to move driver position forward and backward.

  If the movement range isn't enough, then you have to do what Bob said to get what you want.
