Somehow my new computer won't go to the installer of the F2 mod.

I execute the 67F2_Mod_for_Grand_Prix_Legends_v1.0.exe, and it goes to the unpacking screen. And when the bar is full, it disappears and for the rest nothing happens.
Would it come in handy to simply have just a .zip/.rar/7-zip file with all the needed files?

Hello Yannick !

I downloaded the F2 mod a couple of weeks ago to my new GPL install with no problems. Maybe they are stuck in your temporary
internet files of your PC ?

I always place my downloads in C:\Users\(My Name)\Downloads, so I think they should not be temporary. I once place it in another folder but nothing positive happens :/

Thanks Tommie.. I have just been having the same problem.. Pesky Windows 7. Trying to have the new OS on a new hard drive, as opposed to GPL on the old XP/hard drive, really screwed up my computer with the permission rights and such not.. Now I'm just trying to reset everything on W7 at last!

Just downloaded this mod and can't get it to install on my Win7 rig.

The installer launches, I get the question about whether I want to make changes etc., then I get a status window.

Then nothing. No request for a path to my GPL install and it doesn't show up as installed in GEM+

Anybody got any ideas?

BTW: tried it with my firewall turned off. Nothing.

You might try to clear your windows cache and DL the mod again.
Should be 98,349 KB size.
