Hello to all. I downloaded the F1 1988 championship to run on GTR2 v1.1. I can see it under the championship selection screen but the 'start' icon in greyed out and therefore cannot start the championship...bummer!!! The other two championships will allow me to start them just fine. Any thoughts? Is there a newer version that must be in place maybe?

Sorry, but this is the Power&Glory forums, not a generalist GTR2 forum.

Probably the best way to find a solution for your problem would be to look around (or ask for help) in NoGrip's forum for GTR2 add-on mods.

Yes I know this, but because I don't particularly care for No Grip and I am a supporter here, I fgured that one of the fine intelligent people of this community might have had this issue with this mod for GTR2 because let's face it, we all pretty much have the same appetite for SIM Racing wether or not is is: GTR, GTR2, GTL/P&G, RFactor, (I'll leave GPL out of this because it is in a league of it's own) but I play all of the afformentioned titles religously and just want some help.

Shemp, is this is a regular GTR2 installation or a PnG one?

You may try to move the files from "Official" to "Custom" in the "Championships" folder to see if it works there, more or less as a test to check the files. Also, make sure you have the first track needed to start the championship is installed.
