I like that track and would like to see some better graphics for it, especially the sky.

Thanks Dangermouse. this link you posted works fine. Don't have a clue as to why when I click on the Pictures of both Adelaide tracks in Jim Pearsons site it drops me to desktop. As I mentioned clicking the pictures of the other track downloads at his site work fine. when I click on your link listed above it takes me right to the download page.
I did try right clicking and save as but got nothing but saving the picture options in the drop down menue.
Thanks everybody for the help.

Also, if anyone has a working version with install package of the Surfers Paradise circuit, I'd like that too.

I haven't got one with an installer, if you download the one from
https://gpltd.bcsims....nu=Show_Letters
unzip all files into c:/sierra/GPL/Tracks/austral (assuming you are using the default GPL directory) then follow the read me as below.
unzip into gpl\tracks\austral
Edit season.ini & gp.ini with the following.
numEvents=XX
[EventXX]
name=Australian Grand Prix
shortname=Australian GP
trackDirectory=austral
month=1
day=2
numberOfLaps=50
startingGrid=4
where XX = next event number
Note:- It is very difficult to get the AI to work at this track!
We have had a quick go, if you can make it work properly please do.
A very difficult track to drive in GPL, but fun to run as a sprint (ie just to set fast laps).
If you have any dramas getting it going, just ask and I will help you sort it out.

I'll try again, but if no joy - is there another way to get them?

edit: And I've read the whole thread through a couple times, clearly I'm missing something.
