I've noticed the link to these tracks has been down for a couple of days. Has anyone else observed this?

There are not all Mark Beckman tracks affected, only those are hosted by dixierunners.speedgeezers.
That means all other tracks hosted there aren't available atm too.
Tested it and all tracks from here aren't available atm from thie site :

The ones with Eric B. on this site here https://eric.speedgeezers.net/ are working
