Is difficult to explain by mail, but i have modified the color of the file pal19, hysback and enginhs. In this case i have an unknow file, that cover the engine and is between the engihs and hysback, that remain grenn.I'm not able to understand why.Probably there is a file that i have not found or there is something wrong in my work?

I think now I know what You may mean. There are 5 files what covers the engine, because I used as much as possible the original polygons. After those 2 mentioned earlier the rest are copinco, incopco and trumcop. There are some minor differences within different cars thought but I think it would help You.

Regards, Keido

Thank you,now i control if with this file allis OK.

Hi Keido
any news on the fix for the unumbered mod 66 coopers ?

I am not sure why You don't have numbers for any Coopers for 66 but there wasn't skin for one car indeed. I added the missing skin and just in case drit66.ini as well. Just unzip to Your gpl folder where You installed Your Tasman 1966 carset and it should work.

thank you keido, i am going to try it right now....just one more thing, i was racing last night the tas 64mod, and i found out that the player cooper (always the coopers!!!) T70 does not have the side numbers....only the front number. the other cooper (T55) has both sides numbers. but i think it´s only with the player car. the ai cars have their numbers alright.....once again, thank you very much for your nice work and attention.

64 gets update soon. I revise all skins for 64 and it will be available when the online skins are ready.

You don't have to worry about the right physics for them. I made *.cst files for them so the right physics is there already. 64-66 with 65 physics (narrow tyres) and 67-68 with 67 2.5 litre physics. All ready to race.

And I am glad to see that You like it.  :P

Keido,
I've done some lapping with the Tasman T55 Cooper and the handling feels different than the Cooper when driven from within the 65mod.  I have a question about the 65 physics that are used for the 64 carset. Do the *.cst files modify these 65 physics? The Tasman Cooper seems to have less grip as would be expected from the skinny tires, so am just curious if the physics between the 65mod and the 64 Tasman cars are identical or different?? Thanks...and thanks again for your hard work!

I wish that the physics editing would be that easy, but I am glad that it's not.
*.cst files are used by GEM+ and it shows what cars, season, layout and physics to use.
So the cars are useing the same physics what Your 65 cars and the same setups as well.
And Cooper T55 uses BRM 65 physics.

Are the 'online skins' just for online racing or are they an imptovement on the prior ones ?  As an offline racer should I download do you think?

Actually I did improve the ai skins and added option to change #19 to different colour schemes.

I just tried the online set in a race at Zandvoort.  Excellent!  I was in a yellow Ferrari while all the Lotus' and Brabhams were different colors.

The only glitch I noticed was the #22 Brabham BT7 had a zero instead of 22,

Looking forward to another run with more marques.
