Well, the problem is caused patched GPL.
I have more than one GPL installations and only one is patched.
I'll make new teaminfo.lyt files and it should fix it.

Sorry for that misunderstanding.
I made it before the patches and didn't thought about it later.
But now it is fixed.

Installation:
Copy those files into Your GPL layout directory.
This fix is for PATCHED version of GPL only.

And if You don't read it before installation then You have backup
for older version here as well.

With best regardes,
Keido

Well, I've just spent the morning downloading and installing this new Tasman set 64-68.  I love it.  Got most of the tracks installed too.

I have only one question...can this be used for online races or is it like Irridux's 68 carset only for offline?

I also suppose you want us to use 64 and 65 with 65 F1 physics and the rest with 67 FD physics.  That's how I was doing them and it seems to be workable.

Love it, thanks so much

I haven't made online skin set and 3do-s for those cars. It's for offline. At least for now.

You don't have to worry about the right physics for them. I made *.cst files for them so the right physics is there already. 64-66 with 65 physics (narrow tyres) and 67-68 with 67 2.5 litre physics. All ready to race.

And I am glad to see that You like it.  :P

I am obviously not too experienced in use of GEM and mods....

"unzip to to Your GPL directory" - but there must be something more to do, I just get the folders in my GPL folder, and that doesn´t quite do it.......

What is the next step(s)

Thanks!

You da man!  :punk: Nice job, good to see a Tasman addition for GPL at last. Hopefully it'll be expanded later on with the few remaining tracks.

You need to go into Gem and click on carsets in the top right of the screen, you will see a list of inactive and active carsets. You should see the Tasman carsets there and just use the arrow buttons to move them to the active carsets side. They should now be selectable from Gem.  ;)

As we say here in Denmark - "I think I will have to get this with a spoon....."

They aren´t.

In my gpl directory, I now have the 5 folders called Tasman1964, Tasman1965 and so on.

Will I have to take the contents of each of the folders in these - cars, layout, mods, sound, drit65.ini, hct65.pbf - and put them where the other files of their kind are?

Or?

Sorry for being slow to understand, but...

Regards

Jon

Yes. I think I could make the fix for the Night mod as well if someone hasn't done it yet.

Thank You Keido, for the wonderful carsets, love the skinny tires, the screens, all of  it

my league has been known to run many F2/F3 series

if you were to create online skins, I think they would be well used and much appreciated, I know we would definitely use them  :P
