Swedish Simracers have traditionally arranged a LAN event twice a year since 2002. For the autumns event this year we decided for a PnG LAN. We set it up over eight races with two cars to choose from at every race. The track-car combinations were as follows:
Le Mas du Clos; Mini Cooper 1275S/Alpine Renault A110 1.1
OranPark; Abarth grp 5/Lotus Elite
Varano; Ford Mustang ATCC /Alpine Renault A110 1.3
Surfers Paradise; Ferrari 250 GT-SWB Competizione/ Ford Falcon Weslake-heads
Ahvenisto; Jaguar E-Type Lightweight/Shelby GT350R
St Jovite Gp; Lotus Elan 26R/Shelby Cobra 289
Mexico; Ferrari 275 GTB Speciale/Corvette L88
Suzuka; Ford GT40 MK1 289 Gulf/Porsche 906 Carrera 6/8
Except from Surfers Paradise the car combinations where very evenly matched and it was up to the drivers to choose the car that suited their driving style.

The racing was tight and competitive. As our master driver Roland Ehnström was present there was no doubt on where the trophy would land after our weekend but how would be “best of the rest”?
