With Junction Link Magic Program
https://www.rekenwond...m/linkmagic.htm
you can "connect" an empty folder with an existing folder, so that both folders have the same content.
This means, you can "connect" your GTR2 track folder ("locatons") with your track folder of P&G. All installed GTR2 tracks will then be available in P&G without having to install them in P&G.
How to do:
"Junction Point" is the emptry folder locations in the P&G installation
X:\Games\PnG2\GamesData\Locations
and the "Destination" is
X:\Games\GTR2\GamesData\Locations
This is very handy, if you are using the https://www.pilsbierbude.de/ Auto Updater for GTR2. Your P&G installation will then always be up to date with the latest tracks.
Cheers
Stefan

Would be nice not to have multiple copies everywhere.

PnG Tracklinker (or @NoGrip)
Please remember to remove all the created links *before* you try to uninstall/remove the PnG! This goes for all tools that use the same technology. If you don't unlink the tracks, uninstaller will empty the source track folders too (naturally, they are linked together).
[shameless ad]
Another tool to try if you prefer to save your replays, would be the VcrSaver tool (or @NoGrip). It's not updated to the latest version, but I didn't receive any complains about it.
Or do you want to do TimeTrials with "Skip Outlap" option on? With decent tyre pressures? (something else than the hardcoded 200kPa) Then there's my experimental Tyre Pressure Changer @NoGrip. Naturally works like a dream for me. Note: this is NOT a code modifying hack, just the hard coded TP feed value is changed. It will be effective as long as the "fixed" GTR2 process is running. No permanent changes.
Or you think your GTR2 / PnG behaves weirdly? Then there's the GTR2 Verifier tool (or @NoGrip). With full support for PnG 1.02, 2.00 and 2.1. It is just a try to make a file checker for these environments and it will need some knowledge to pinpoint the the real problems from the resulting log, although I tried to make it clear.
These for starters. I just couln't help myself robbing this thread. Give mercy.
