Edit: Do you mean the GTP track.ini tweaks? No, I haven`t.

NR2003 patched to 1.1 runs fine. Only GTP mod crashes, so I doubt it might be graphics or memory related.

Did you try NRTweak? I run it with NR2003 and then copy the modified files to the GTP main folder, and it worked always fine here, so GTP never crashes. The files involved are:
core.ini
app.ini
rend_dxg.ini

I use the same name for my player at both games and never had a problem with this procedure.

NRTweak makes GTP crash here on Win 7.
I tried to leave Cache Size and MaxBlockSize untouched/ unchecked, but GTP still crashes.
So I went back to my backed up settings.

Trying not to play smartass here I would rather settle for a more transparent manual tweaking of the graphic settings.
Where you have full control over what is done and where some of the settings probably can go even higher than with the old NRTweaker.
