Here's couple of laps in Cadwell Park (@NoGrip).  Faster lap is for the hc guys (and gals too ) and the slower one suits better for the first timers, I hope.  Of course, if nothing else helps, you can always use one of the 914s against these Elite laps ;).  Listening old The Trashmen productions helps too

Quite nice hills up and down, some really tight turns here. Please, enjoy.

Hi miklkit,

wanna try it with my setup?  It's not much because I'm not that much into setups, but this felt "nice" to me. Just drop it into ...\UserData\«profilename»\Settings\Cadwell and load it for your Elite.

Just added Mini970 lap (into the 1st post) for some fwd practise.  Of course you don't HAVE to use the included setup.. but it may be a helpful base.

I'll look at it.  My impression of that car is it's understeery when on the throttle, and very very oversteery off throttle.   I tinkered with it a bit and got it where it was drivable if I was careful.  More tinkering is needed when I get time.

Finally tried your setup.  The stiffer rear springs really help stabilise the car.  You seem to prefer a more oversteery car than I do, so I've added some understeer to it.  Not any faster, but less spins.

Cool, now I know how it was.  I don't know much about setups and how to make things different.  And if I try two different setups I'm probably unable to say how they differ (unless one of them is really off the scale..).

But thanks for telling me this, really !  Very interesting.  For my "usual" setups that was quite good ..  :P  And still is  ;)
