Looks like the website is offering an ISO version of the game CD. You would need to either burn it to a physical CD (a lot of people don't even have an optical drive any more, let alone a burner), or else install a virtual CD utility so that our newer installer would recognise the disk. Seems dodgy either way to me.

Without an optical drive you don't do much with a GPL original CD anyway...

There are safe places where you can get the zipped CD, just ask in private if you are in need.

If you get an .iso file just burn it on an small USB stick!

Easiest way is to get Win32DiskImager wich burns it.

Newer versions of WIndows (I think 8 onwards) don't need an ISO application. Just double click the ISO to mount it in Windows.
