Marco, a friend of us from GPL Brasil developed these skins for our championship. I don't know exactly which program he uses to paint the cars, but I think he open the DAT files of the cars and convert them into BMP or JPG. Then edit the skins and re-convert to DAT again. Soon we'll be developing these skins here at the forum. He's preparing a full package for download

Those are awesome videos! How do you get those camera angles?

Thanks for the nice words, Stainaz!

To get those angles I use Camera Control Master, a program which gives to you the possibility of changing the position of the 'pitlane' and 'roll-bar' cameras. With that, you are able to get a lot of different shots, like the onboard shots or the camera near the wall whrn the two cars were battling into the oval, for example.

Unfortunately, the CCM doesn't work with the mods which have more than 7 car slots (like the 66, GT and 69-Extra). I'm trying to find contact of Peter van der Burg, the creator of CCM, to ask him if is possible to update the software, but with no success. If anybody knows what's his e-mail, I would be thankful.

I've heard the build files for CCM were made available, to someone interested in continuing the work.  But this was some years ago, and the trail seems to have gone cold. . . . Video makers are standing by for progress!
