I seem to remember seeing a patch that removed/added the pit wall at Kyalami for the 69's and also a mention of a patch that removed the tires at Mexico for the 69's were these ever released?

Or are they to be part of the 69 Long Tracks patch when it is released?

Thanks for any help.

These files will add the pitwall for 1969 ( using 69mod ). It won't be there for earlier seasons.

Credit to Dave Wright for the removal files. My files put it back for 69.

Mexico Multi Season update ( same as we did for Zandvoort ) is on the way.

Good.  I was looking into updating Mexico myself since after looking at the GP65/67/69 videos, it's quite apparent the GPL track has *way* too little trees.

Especially around T1 and the Esses the trackside was littered with them, but none of that on Papy's track. It's almost barren and that certainly wasn't so in real life, especially after 65.

Also found a good sky file with pretty realistic looking mountains in the distance (nice and hazy and far-off - a lot of sky files have too many mountains, too close), but now I guess I won't have to bother  ;)

Zandvoort Multi Season is brilliant. Can't wait for Mexico and others. Thanks to Paul and anybody else working on these.  :hat-tip:

Hi Remy, the one I found on my harddisk (there may be others, can't remember) is part of this video, about a minute into it:

I missed some program covers for the 69 season and couldn't find them anywhere, so I made some by myself.

Programm Cover for South Africa Grand Prix in Kyalami 1969, if you like just drop it in your "GPL/tracks/kyalami" folder.

Covers for all 1969 events come with 69mod. It's strange you haven't them  :idunno:

Thank you very much Pavel!

That's the reason why I think the GPL community is the best in the world!

By the way, is it possible that newer downloads of the 69XTRA mod comes without every Programm Cover?

You are correct. It seems they were forgotton in the 69-Xtra installer

They did come with the original 69mod so if you already had that mod before you installed 69-Xtra you most likely have the files.

If not, I have uploaded them all here.

We made a nice (realistic) little armco update for the 69 version of the Zandvoort multi-season pack, grab it here :
