I have been voting for the tracks I have been doing for my total rank but often forget which ones I have voted for, is there a way of seeing a list of which tracks I have voted for myself?

I don't think there's a way to bring up a list of tracks that you have or have not voted for, unfortunately. If you're searching through the list of tracks, and you click on the "Rate Track" button, you should see a message if you've voted for the track before. Apart from that, the best way to spot tracks which need votes is to do the following:
[1] Go to the menu, and select "Voting" / "Vote for Tracks"
[2] You should see a list appear, with some sort options at the top.
[3] Click on the first drop-down box, and select the "Votes" option.
[2] Make sure that "Ascending" is shown in the third box, then click on the "Sort" button.
When you've done this, the least-voted for tracks will appear at the top of the list. A lot of them will be alpha tracks, or tracks that are no longer available for various reasons. Just scan down the list and try to spot the ones that you've tried. It's a bit hit-and-miss, but it's better than nothing.
If anyone thinks that this is a bit hard work to find out what to vote for, just remember how much effort it takes to actually
create an entire GPL circuit, and that might put things into perspective!
Happy voting!
