pawgy, it is a wip, but it's not next in line, there's others ahead in the queue in various stages of completion. it is drivable however for the most part, but it's still a good ways off.
as an indication of where it is in the queue, the queue currently looks like this F2'67 > CanAm '71 > F1'55 / F1'37. the '55s currently have the edge on the '37s so it seems more likely that it'll be '55s first then '37s, but you never know. and then there's always a few other things in the pipe... some more CanAms, F1s and Sportscars and a few.. others you probably wouldn't have expected. suffice it to say.. there's a lot on the shelves in the candy store

I have read that somebody was working in something like an IndyCar 1967 mod. I think the name of those cars was Formula USAC.
But... I don't know if it's still in the way nor in which state this project is.
I'm also waiting, as you, while enjoy greatly all existant GPL cars

I've been whining for 55 cars for years. I actually tested a couple of the cars, but that was all lost in a computer meltdown.
I love the old stuff. I even hunt with an 1830 style Hawken muzzleloader. (repro)

Remy, your 'new' member avatar photo just drives me crazy!!! That woman is so exotic and beautiful.... I get the 'shakes' every time I scroll past the image.
It makes me realize that there is still life in this old fool, after all.
