Seeing as this tool doesn't seem to be available anywhere, you can now find it here.

EDIT by Ginetto: You now find the grved111.zip below; it contains the installer for Goove Editor and it should work as is (I use it all the time).
It has the regional decimal point problem fix included so you probably shouldn't need any of the other 2 rar attached.

Does anyone have a tutorial, notes, or even a quick 'nudge in the right direction on how to work the Groove Editor?  I can make the cursor move, add noise, remove noise, and zoom in/out.  As for aligning the groove ends, smoothing out anomalies, or anything else, no matter how many buttons I press, I cannot stumble across getting anything done.
