Was not happy with my previous attempt to get a reflection in the LCD and the normal one looks a bit lifeless IMO so I had another go.... This time the light in game really effects the screen (and dirt on the screen) very well. (the rev counter does not come out correctly in the screen shot - in game its fine) I use the williams by Pvtstash hence the new wheel sticker I have used the font colour conversion by Panoz4Prez  Please read the read_me.txt's Note the livery in the williams car.rar was created by Pvtstash at RSC and is totally his work.
