Adds 'fake' helmet reflections and finger prints to the LCD screen
Reduces the size of some of the fonts on the LCD
Adds a little more vibration (effect between trainer and F1)

This pack also includes the mirror fix and the tyre logo 'flip' fix


(Note Just noticed that these may not show when playing online unless packed into the mas file - pack all bmp / tga / dds into the mas file for best results)
