Thanks to all mates for feedback, I've sorted it out.
Now the car works on my old and crappy pc too, even with 65 mod at the Targa and OpenGl v2; the issue is solved simply putting the original 67 papyrus ferrari.dat into the stratos-ferrari folder, but it's not written in the readme/install (at least, I don't see that), so at first sight I thought that all the required files were stored in the stratos.zip, same as for the beautiful Dino.
Another - minor - question (sorry if I'm too annoying): someone know if exist a skin for this car that match the real one? Infact the skin provided with the car seems the one that came with Rally Trophy (if I remember well, many years are gone...), because the main team sponsor has a fictional name (due to license issue, I suppose) instead of the real name of the italian State airline, as everyone can easily notice.
