Been there but I'm trying to remember when. As my mothers step father was from there so my cousin an I were with other cousins when I was invited to the Hungarian GP and this was a tight race. The wanker Nigel came from the middle to front as he got past Senna who was leading until he got caught in traffic then Mansell got past and on to win! So this was 89 or 90.But back to the Czech's beauty track the track was very new when we visited but hearing stories from my Gramps as a boy he would watch races back in 1905 as it was a checkpoint and a hillclimb course too! It was in SCGT when I first raced there and that brought back some memories. 86-87, Piquet/Mansell partnership . Poor Nigel, so easy to dislike. Has any other F1 driver been turned into a Spitting Image puppet? As a Brit I was pleased he got his championship but my heart was always with Piquet and Prost in those glory years. Anyway, I see this track is decribed as Beta by it's maker. Is that Beta in the PWF_Portland 'couldn't imagine it being improved' sense, or what? --------------------
