Hi everyone,
I've been gone a long while from GPL. I got seduced for a while by VR and an Oculus headset (and a little burned out trying to complete an F2 TotalRank). But I decided to fire up GPL again this week after many years away. I'm pleasantly surprised to see GPL still running fairly strong.. with so many new mods for me to catch up on.

I've also taken the opportunity to update my old excel spreadsheet Rank Tracker to include all the new changes. I've no idea  how many people remember/use my old one, but I always found it useful, so guess others still might.

Here's the updated  version.

I have downloaded the GPL Rank Tracker and ran it. It must have taken an hour or more to complete! Just trying to decipher what it all means now !

It can take a good while, although an hour sounds like a lot. I guess, the more lap times you have stored.. the longer it'll take.
But once you've got the user settings set up to grab all your .ini files..  you can see your GPLRanking for every possible car/class/track combination.
The main screen is the most useful (for me). It lists each rank and gives you a list of the car/track combinations you can most easily improve on... and a target time based on relative performance across the board. of those.. the highlighted one is the most easily improved (in theory).
