Hello fans of the 2011 Porsche Cup we create a successor series for the fans of maximum FUN

Alfa vs Porsche Cup – Round 1 - Norisring - 55 laps - 17.07.2020



Idea

FUN!

10 races - 3 long and 7 short tracks - int mode

5 x Alfa T33 +  5 x Porsche 910 - must be used
Works driver get a 10 Gal handicap

Minimum racefuel for Works drivers - 38 laps:

• Alfa T33 = 23 gallons (87 litres)
  
• Porsche = 24 gallons (91 litres)

After the test race we had on last tuesday, too many driver complained about freezes at Goodwood 65.

I had several freezes too, so we decided to switch to the Norisring

Are there any known issues  or do we have fixes for the track?

Do you have any info where the freezes happened? At which part of the track? How many drivers were on the track?
Is a replay available?

Well, you race in 60 FPS. The risk for freezes is in general higher with the 60 FPS patch than with original 36 FPS.

Yes you are right, the possibility is 1,6 x higher to find a gap in the tarmac.
But we do long GP races like GeLi without a significant raise of freezes with 60fps.

How comes there are tracks in your blacklist that are only problematic with certain mods?

I do believe that it has to do with maybe the draw distances for SC67 cars, it also affected me alone on the track...

Maybe Ginetto can help us ?
