Hi all. Hope your all well and looking forward to the holidays 😁

I have a Logitech G29 wheel and would like to get a little more realistic. When I am playing modern F1 games, I would like to race with a modern style F1 wheel.

I believe you can get a wheel and adapter to do this and there is lots of YouTube videos instructing you on how to do this and fit the adapter mod.

Does anybody have any experience of doing this mod, and subsequently any review, whether it is good to do and a positive step altogether.

Also I would like to swap backwards and forwards (wheel rim) for different style games. So after playing a modern F1 game, I would like to put the original wheel back on (or a classic wheel?) for playing games like GPL.

Would you say that this not possible, and the only way to get around this idea, would be to have a second G29 wheel. Which would obviously be more of an expensive solution? Either that or buy another brand wheel?

Thanks in advance everybody, for your thoughts and advice 😁👍

See response #12 on Logitech G920 wheel and pedals topic on this same page.  G29 and G920 are essentially the same Logitech wheel and pedal sets.

Build a separate profile for each game and reset a few parameters on the Logitech Software Support program and you should be good to go.
