Since 2007 I've been publishing a ranking of drivers involved in the French-speaking championships, on the same model as what is done in Tennis with the ATP Tour.
This year, as the French-speaking championships are now reduced at the Belgian league only, this classification, previously called "MultiGPLigues", becomes the "GPL World Ranking" and now includes all the European and American leagues. It's available in French AND English.
[As in Tennis] Each championship is assigned to a category, a coefficient, according to its characteristics. Duration of the races, F1 of 67 or mods, authorization or not of the shift-R, determine these categories. The number of pilots engaged at each race is also taken into account.
Introduction, leagues, championships, pilots : https://www.grandpri...ilotes-03022019
January ranking : https://www.grandpri...anvier-03022019
I want to take this opportunity to thank Fajanko (Jani Posta) for his GPL Weekly, a major contribution to GPL, at the same level of others like the GPL track database or the GPL rank.
Thanks to him we can follow the life of the online racing leagues and I am able to offer you this ranking.

Great!!
With the 67x adhoc series I asked Jani to implement something like a rank (much more basic than you're describing) and it's working in the weekly. Maybe your rank could be implemented "automatically" from races reported in the weekly. Obviously if Jani could do it...
Cheers, Marcos.

Great! I will check this in the evening.
We used to have an "ELO" rating system in HGPLM league. It was not THAT Elo system (by Élő Áprád) but "élő" like "living" in Hungarian as it based on the last 10 results
Hungarian GPL Masters "Élő kreditek"
https://hgplm.gtr-mas...k&champ=HGPLM20
Real "Elo rating system" on Wiki

+1n to all above
Thanks for thinking of it and getting it done.
Grats to all drivers farther up near the top of the rankings.
Incredible work to get there and recognition well deserved.
Note to self: practice, practice...

Rookie, GPLRACER runs all their mod/cup divisons under Pro settings (no Shift-r).

Thank you for your kind comments.
Thank you Robert. It's now fixed in the table. It was a mistake to copy and paste when doing the article but, fortunately, the cat/coeff is good and took it into account.
Don't hesitate to inform me of any errors or give me additional informations about the handicaps in the rankings (or even estimates), some are missing.
I also did not find the nationality of Doug Huber (Mybroga) and Lance DeBoyle (Canadian ? ).

Doug Huber is USA IIRC. Good job Rookie and Jani! This reminds me of the Last X Races feature on Weekly, with the twist of the ATP rankings.
Most of the active GPL leagues are there . I hope there will be more EOLC races for example. I need to enter more of them! Glad to see Lange Ringnacht was a big success this year.
A few years ago I had a list of all the active leagues. I'll need to dig it out. Nice to see 12 servers regularly in IGOR now, even if Vroc is now sparse.

Yes my dear. You're our Federer. But who will be your Nadal and your Djokovic ?
To answer your question, it will probably be the 7th of each month. I was waiting for the latest results to be published (Mybroga).
By the way, the similarity of the initials is really troubling.

It's done ! The February ranking is online. 40 drivers did their first race of the year in February and about thirty drivers are included in this new ranking. The "Stats & Facts" section is now more complete with, among other things, the Top 10 of the month :
https://www.grandpri...evrier-08032019
The "leagues and drivers" page is updated : leagues starting in February have been added or updated.
For the drivers, the leagues in which they ride are now also included :
