Wow Remco. Nice man cave and set up.
Could only dream of this. My wet dream would soak me through.
My mancave compared to yours is like an hole in the ground
Is the the next episode showing your drive in the bucket seat 🤔
TP: 👍

Superb setup Remco! Who needs 3 monitors when you have VR, the immersion must be immense as you explain it and judging your emotions
This way you save a lot of space as well. Thanks for sharing

Oh Remco,
I've been away too long it would seem. It's the time of year where you have time to think about projects (again). And so I had to pop in here to see what's what.
Now that is a beautiful rig you have there - in the technical sense, of course
, as I still prefer the Tyrrell P34 way more because of its looks. I'm wondering how much that entire (new) rig weighs. I mean, just the extruded aluminium frame, pedals, seat etc. and how much weight would be added by maybe coupling it with a fibre glass body (as shown at the beginning of the video)? Say pedals 2-3 kg, wheel, same, seat without frame 2kg, frame itself... well it's aluminium, so maybe 10-15kg tops?
And what is the weight of the old P34 frame (not sure if you ever mentioned it back then)? I assume coupling the old rig with the actuators is a no-go due to the weight of the rig + your own weight = fizzy electronics, right?
Awesome stuff, can't say it enough.
