Here is an Update for Digimortal's GPL Rouen Snow Patch [2001] {without slippery Asphalt !!!} ... tested with Mod55
+400 TSO ... a little bit of atmospheric Snowfall here and there

I only have animated snow on certain parts of the track, is there a way to remove it alltogether?

Very nice work! 
There is a hard point on the straight towards Scierie that destroys the car if you stay on the left margin.
I found out is the collision of a couple of trees that stayed 50 meters below the surface.
To avoid this I replaced those 2 trees 3DO with 3DOs without collision box.
I also post the values to copy/paste in the track.ini if you want the dust to be white instead of brown to stay more in theme
