It might be that you will find a setup made by someone else that works work for you.
It might happen because if it does it will only be because of coincidence that it works for you.
First, spend some time learning how to calibrate your display. Do this so objects like trees and curbing really are where you think they are when you look at the display. If your display is not calibrated you will be driving in one virtual reality and the computer will think you are in another.
Then, if any other (imported) setup works for you, it will be as much because the creator's rig and display was configured similar to yours as it will be because of the setup details.
If, for instance, you use a different FOV or POV or different wheel rotation any setup made by someone else will likely be practically unusable without severe modification to make it work.
Once the display is properly calibrated you can, with more confidence, begin making your own setups.
For help with setups refer to the "Setups/Replays" and "Driving School" sections of
gpllinks.org.
Plus reading
Lee Bowden's articles should be a big help
Plus there is lots of discussion about setups here on SRMZ.
Such as this one...
How To Approach Setting Up A Car.
Plus there is
Bruno B's Simple Setup Method which is really simple and just too easy.
Making any setup work for you is easy and simple enough.
Start with either the default setup for a track, import a WR setup, or use any other.
1. Adjust steering ratio until you are comfortable with it.
2. Adjust anti-roll bars to correct for understeer or oversteer.
3. Pretty much that's it.
If you do anything more its more like making it yourself.
Not what you asked for so hope it helps...
