I haven't seen any setups. What I use is GPL Setup Manager to set the gearing for each car. Sometimes depending on the track, I'll bump the final diff ratio up or down( I don't change the trans. ratios) so that on the longest straight I'll be maxed out in top gear. For Monaco, I set the steering ratio faster on all the cars. The default setup for suspension works fine for me. I like my brake bias set at 54 to 56 %. I hope this helps you.

What I like to do on all cars is use ramp angles of 60 / 60 or 85.
The cars have very little grip and using 60 / 30 make the car feel very stiff in the corners, very little rotation / enormous understeer.
I feel it is very beneficial when you make you car loose under braking / lifting. It enhances its cornering abilities.
For cars like the Gordini or Connaught you may try 45 / 60 or 85, since they lack power and are easier to handle.
