Dear sim-racers,

I finished early version (0.5) of utility called GPL2RPM. This is application for converting Race Export HTML file from Grand Prix Legends to file format readable with Race Points Manager.

As mentioned above, it converts Exports from Races (not conjugate exports from World Championship screen).

The RPM is programmed for Nascar Racing 2003 Season (also Nascar 3, 4, 02 Season). Exports from these games are more rich, they have datas about weather, yellow flags, etc. So after importing GPL converted export files, the informations in RPM are not valid (alway shows the same weather,...). There is nothing I can do with this (maybe in next version I can put a dialogs into converting program to enter this datas by user).

Also - GPL export html file is not giving the information, how many laps driver finished behind the leader, if  he retired due crash or car failure. So all drivers retired because of this (crash, failure) are marked as finished in first lap.

The application was tested in WinXP, Win7 (I don't have other Windows versions (OK, we have one laptop with Win8.1 in the company, but I can't try it there now)). As I programmed it in GNU/Linux, there is a possibility to build it for this OS (but why, when RPM is Windows only   ).
