Here are some graphics changes to the Leipzig Stadtpark track and added track sounds.

This graphical update uses the '55 Mod naming convention ie 3do files are 355; mip files are m55; and srb files are s55.

For those who don't want to see the Soviet Union flag anymore and/or fed up with the Cold War feeling, here's an update which changes DDR and USSR flags to Saxony and Leipzig flags.
