This is a fix for the dashboard of some of the McLaren-Elva Mk2 Chevy 333ci (brm slot) online cars.  The released dashboard had incorrect gauges, mainly the tach.
Drop this file into the \cars\canm66\brm\ folder.

With the very kind permission of GPL wizard, Ginetto, we have new front fenders for the Lola T70's to post here.  All four basic Lola chassis are dealt with in the download files.  Simply unzip and copy over to your CanAm66 'cars' directory.  The changes are readily apparent...

We have a CA66 Mod add-on in the works.  There will be a complete carset/track updates for the '66 USRRC.... with the cars available from within the '66 Can-Am mod.

Hi all,

How to fix the Lola t70 MK II Ford 427 gear ratios? Currently I can only get 2 gears? Gears 2,3 and 4 all have the same ratio and can't be edited? You can enter different ratios but that has no effect.

"...engines do not produce the same amount of torque throughout their rpm range and there is always a maximum torque rpm. Good racing engines produce a broad torque range where the torque does not deviate much from maximum over a wide range of rpm. If the engine torque band is wide, then fewer gears are needed and the engine is easier to drive. However, many racing engines do not have a broad torque range which requires the use of several gears to generate decent driving torque over a wide speed range.

A good example is in the 1967 Sports Car Mod. The Chaparral 2F engine produced gobs of torque across a wide rpm range. In fact, these cars only needed a 3 gear transmission! On the other hand, the 1967 BRM P115 F1 engine had very little torque to start with and the torque range was narrow. This required the use of a 6 gear transmission which spawned the joke that you rowed the BRM more than you drove it.

If i´m not wrong the McLaren Elva MkI Chevrolet 5.4l (slot murasama) appears in Setup manager as Mclaren Elva MkI Olds V8 4.4L

Yes, you are correct.  Setup Manager did not get updated with the very last engine changes for the 66 Can-Am Mod.
