Hi guys,

I was wondering how to change the wheels (rims) in TC mod? I have tried different ways or renaming the mips (in murasama folder )but no change. Are the wheels related to one particular car?

Thanks!

Hi !

If i remember correct, there are minimum 3 different sets of rims for TC. And some of them are linked with other folders.

For example:
- brabham-slot: x1out - x2out - x3out and y1out - y2out - y3out (x can be front wheel and y can be rearwheel)
- brm-slot: v1out - v2out - v3out and z1out - z2out - z3out (v can be front wheel and z can be rearwheel)

I did not exact remember what i do 10 years ago. Maybe it help to "unpack" the relevant DAT-files to see the structure for a single car. This did not show how the rims are crosslinked to other car-slots.

10 years ago i dl and use for my Lubetech-Car (slot = brabham) a very nice set of rims from Chief Wiggum.

But to get it work, i must do some try and error and my wheels from brabham-slot (Lubetech) are linked to 3 or 4 other cars too.

In moment i use the both sets i list above. Only 2 car-sets are not harmed and has original rims.

Greetings

Achim

Thanks Achim. I'll try from the brabham folder until I get it right. Thanks again!
