With my trouble getting the 65 mod to start I decided to rip it all out and do a complete reinstall. After downloading the 2.0.1 archive file, extracting the auto extracting archive, and running the extracted installer :-( I found that the installer wont allow me to install all options like the other mod installers. So my question now is there a simple archive with the 2.0.1 (better 2.0.2) around with the options in their own sub folders in the car folders?

Thanks Marcel, but the 2.0.2 installer has the same issues. I want a file that lets me select the different options manually after I installed them. Or at least install all of them instead of the ones selected in the installer.

In gpl\repository\gpl65 I have all the options of 2.0.1 and 2.0.2.
I uknow that the gpl\repository is an option of the installer so if you had it tickled. you should have it too.
