Ah...do I have to build a rank, or can I just upload times to a rank?

PS - Don't think using Monocane for 1967 F1 Rank is a good idea because the line thru the chicane is entirely unrealistic, (jmho). See here: https://srmz.racesimcentral.net/inde...240#entry106995

You can upload the following files:

player.ini
plac65.ini
plac66.ini
placf2.ini
placGT.ini
plax69.ini
pl71CA.ini

Any other file will give you the unsupported message.

If you generate ini from GPLRank, rename the file according to the selected mod, and upload it.

Latest addition is Smart rank: Countries - a rank based on the most popular tracks in the selected country.

I've added the Challenge and Historic Ranks, for continuity with GPLrank. This has allowed me to correct the intrigue of Albi 67 being originally replaced by Road 67! Brands 67 and Zeltweg 71 also replace older versions. Road Atlanta can be updated to Road Atlanta 71, once more lap times have been set there in 67 cars. I might add Boggle rank too eventually !

Iestyn out of interest what exactly was the intrigue around Albi 67?

I've heard of the Boggle rank, don't remember the tracks involved, I seem to remember discussions relating to changing url parameters to find a few unpublished ranks at GPL Rank, this might of been one of them.

I noticed that Albi was on the World Record page, but not in a rank (the only such one) - and Road 67 is the only fantasy track that's in a non-fantasy rank. Seems like one was misplaced for the other, but to confirm that I'd need to see some posts about it at the time the rank was made... and RSC has disappeared in a crash/burn. Maybe someone from GPLrank/around back then could confirm my suspicion/add details. Plus, I'm great at Albi, and suck at Road 67 , so swapping them would also make it an easier rank to get.

Boggle rank is #10, and has Charade 70, Halle-Salle, Janakkala, Laguna 67, Leipzig, Sachsenring, Schottenring and Watkins Glen 48. Looks like it was a new rank in the making!
Talking of a Fantasy rank.. #3, it has Diamante, Dolomiti, Glacier, Jokimaa, Road 67! & Sopheve. #5 is a test rank with Snetterton 1967.. #6 and #7 are unknown.

PS. I was allowed to update oAo's League listings on GPLrank, to be accurate as of 2015. D1 has an average of -51!

Good point! I also noticed since that a few extra ovals are on the WR page...

I wonder why those extra ranks were canned.. too much dilution of ranks? Or simply an in-house idea for a potential new rank, kept as such?

Custom Rank now supports GPLLapTimes.ini files exported from GPL Replay Analyser PB Viewer. As these files have false timestamp data (at least in latest GPLRA version) the upload date/time will be set as lap time date/time too. https://freeleo.hu/crank/
